At such a difficult moment, Wang Jin gave us great comfort and support," Zhou wrote on her social media account. "His actions allowed us to truly appreciate the professionalism and compassion of the airport staff."        On the evening of Aug. 13, Zhou and her parents learned that a close relative had passed away.
